Frequently asked questions.
What is life coaching, and how can it help me?
Life coaching is a process that helps you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and create a path forward in both your personal and professional life. It’s about helping you get unstuck, build confidence, and align your life with what truly matters to you.
How is coaching different from therapy and mentoring?
Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. It’s action-oriented and forward-looking, helping you gain clarity, set goals, and make meaningful changes.
Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, mental health, and emotional processing. Coaching and therapy can complement each other, but they serve different purposes.
Mentoring is an approach where I share wisdom, guidance, and advice based on my own experiences, including personal development tips and lessons learned from past successes and failures.
What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
That’s completely okay! Many clients start coaching because they feel stuck or unsure about what’s next. Our work together will help bring clarity and direction, even if you’re not sure where to begin. Set up a free consultation and we can discuss what would work best for you.
What happens in a coaching session?
Each session is a conversation where we focus on what’s most important to you. We’ll explore challenges, uncover insights, and create an action plan to help you move forward. Sessions may include thought-provoking questions, mindset shifts, and practical exercises tailored to your goals.
How do we meet?
Coaching sessions are held virtually, making it easy and convenient to fit into your schedule.
How do I get started?
The first step is to send me an email, from there we can chat via email and/or schedule a free consultation. This is a no-pressure (I repeat, no pressure) conversation where we’ll chat about what you’re looking for, how coaching works, and whether we are the right fit for each other.
